"ordered earrings for my mums christmas"
ordered earrings for my mums christmas, they arrived a few days late but as expected during these times. Shocked to see the bad reviews as I have had a good experience ordering with swarovski

Online order.
Excellent service. I didn’t realise when I placed the order that my item would be shipped from Switzerland. The process was really quick and tracking was constantly updated online. The service was speedy - even though it went through customs.
My earrings are beautiful and I’m really happy with the quality, price, packaging and customer service.
