"Pretty sparkle, but not worth the price"
It does have a really nice sparkle, and at first I wanted to love it. But once I looked closer, the quality just didn’t feel like it matched what I paid. I kind of felt trapped between keeping it because it looked nice and being frustrated that it didn’t feel worth the money

"Really happy with the fit"
I ordered a bracelet from swarovski and, umm, I was a little worried about the sizing at first. But it actually fits really nicely on my wrist, not too tight, and it doesn’t slide around all day either. It feels light too, which I like because I wear it at work. Delivery was smooth, and the sizing info on the site definitely helped me choose the right one. Very happy with it, 5 stars from me

My bracelet lost a tiny stone, and I was a bit upset because I really love it. I got in touch with swarovski about the warranty, and they made the whole repair process so easy and stress-free. They kept me updated along the way, which I really appreciated. When I got it back, it looked brand new again. I’m genuinely so happy and relieved with the service.

I ordered a pair of Swarovski earrings from the site and I swear, I almost forgot I was wearing jewelry at all. I had them on for a full workday and my ears didn’t get sore, tired, or annoyed even once, which feels like a tiny miracle. They’re so lightweight and comfy that I may have slightly overreacted and told everyone about them. Delivery was totally fine too, but the comfort is what won me over. I’d definitely buy again.

I ordered from swarovski.com and assumed the tracking might be a bit of a hassle, but it was actually easy to follow. I got an update when it shipped and could see where the parcel was along the way. At first I thought it would arrive on the original date, but it ended up taking one extra day, which wasn’t really a big deal. Overall I’m happy with it, though I did wish the tracking refreshed a bit faster.

"Pretty, but not as sparkly as I expected"
I bought this necklace thinking it would have that bright crystal shine, but it looks a little dull in regular lighting at home. Maybe it pops more under store lights, haha, but in my room it just feels kind of average. For the price, I was expecting a bit more brilliance. Shipping was totally fine though.

"Really bracelet"
I got a bracelet from SWAROVSKI and it's so in person. The crafting looks really neat, the stones sit nice and clean, and the clasp feels sturdy too. I did take one star off because the box had a small dent when it arrived, which was a bit annoying, but the bracelet itself is lovely and I'm happy with it overal
